resources and focused search assignment strategy. Every search is handled by a
team of three: a business development director, a project analyst and a
recruiter. Your business development director – a seasoned professional familiar
with your industry and key business concepts – serves as your primary
contact. As a result, our fill rate is above 95% - well above retained
search “best practice”.
We communicate with you frequently,
and provide weekly status reports on every search. Beyond the formal reporting,
we consult with you throughout the process, letting you know who we are talking
to, what the market looks like, what kind of response we’re receiving, what
companies we’re targeting and why. We give you a high level of insight into the
process and the benefit of the market knowledge that we gain during the search
process.
A Process-Driven Approach
We have well-established best practices for executing our search strategy, ensuring consistency in our delivery. We design a multi-channel strategy featuring:
- Direct sourcing and cold calling resources to identify passive candidates. We work with clients to develop a specific search list to ensure we speak with and source the relevant candidates from targeted organizations.
- A broad on-line research campaign using multiple resources in multiple cities. Programs are continually monitored and updated as needed.
- Access to as many as a dozen separate résumé/candidate databases, including Hudson’s proprietary systems.
